I have two laptops, both Dell - one issued by my employer and one that I purchased. I can print to my OfficeJet Pro 8720 from the work computer, but the personal laptop says there's no driver. I search for one online and am led to a page saying i need the Smart app (or something like that). I used the Virtual Assistant with no resolution, then I installed some other support app and it didn't help either.

 

I have run out of places to find a driver for the printer.  Why is this so hard when at one time, drivers were easily downloaded from the internet?
