I purchased a brand new HP ENVY 6052e open box, but it looks like somebody stole the cartridges and returned the printer. Now I am trying to install the printer, I saw the cartridges were missing and bought replacements, but they aren't the original cartridges so I'm stuck in setup hell. I see this has been resolved on this board, but only in DMs. I need help.
