Can't finish installing my HP Envy5000

I have sorted the new printer and it prints test papers even from my Windows 10 Lenovo Ideapad Laptop but it won't print anything else, It says I need to install drivers but I've been trying for 2 days now to do that and get things finalised, can anyone help me "Setup is easy at 123.hp.com!" I hope someone can help me, my brain has gone to mush as I've been trying since yesterday, I hate Windows 10 but was forced into it when my old laptop died on me after years of excellent service!!

Let us try these steps:

Click here to download the HP Full-featured driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

Try printing.

Alternatively, you may use the HP Smart app to print and scan from your Win PC
