We had a power outage and now, I can't get my HP 8610 printer to work. When I turned it on, I got a message saying "the printerhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed." I replaced that printerhead with another from another HP 8610 and that resolved that issue.
Now, I can't get Windows to find the printer, not via a USB cable nor wirelessly. I went to Bluetooth & Devices/Printers and Scanners then hit Add a printer or scanner and Windows can't find it.
I then went to Add a new device manually then "My printer is a little older. Help me find it." I got a "no printers were found" message.
I then went to Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings then "use an existing port USB1 (virtual printer port for USB)". It then had me install the printer driver for HP Officejet Pro 8610.
I used the driver that is currently installed (recommended), with the system saying "this printer will be installed with the HP Officejet Pro 8610 driver."
I opted for "do not share this printer"
The printer is now listed under Bluetooth & devices but with "Default, Error" under the printer name.
So Windows can see the printer but the printer can't see the network, not via USB nor wirelessly.
What do I do now?

With a reset of the printer via hidden system settings, I figured out the issue was the MAC settings, that I had to enter it into my wireless router in order to get it to work.

In an attempt to connect the printer to the network via the WPS button on my router, I moved the printer and now am getting the "The printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed" message  I've tried taking the printhead out (both with the ink cartridges installed and removed) and reinstalling it.  I also went to Setup/Tools/Align Printhead but can't get past the original "The printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed" message.

Please help.
