I have had this printer, phone and wireless router for years. It has worked fine for printing until we just unplugged everything to move into a new condo. I was able to get the router hooked up to the printer so my laptop (Windows 7) is printing and my Mother's Iphone 5 (MAC) is printing but my Samsung Galaxy J3 (Android) is the only one buggered up. I already tried ALL of the download plug ins from HP available. Even one from Samsung and one "shared" that you can print from anywhere. They all LIST the printer but won't let me accept it into my phone. Ideas?

Thank you for joining HP Forums.
It's a pleasure assisting you in finding answers to your technical queries.
To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
Make sure the printer and the phone is connected to the same network.
Which app are you using print?
Do you see an error message?
Make sure the phone is up to date.
Uninstall the app and reinstall the HP Smart app using this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03561640
Keep me posted, how it goes!
Have a great day!
Cheers:)
