HP Recommended

Instructions for Envy 6055e printer say I need to get HP Smart to access WiFi, but when I try to install HP Smart, I'm told computer must be Mac 11 or higher, and I have Mac 10's. Is there a workaround or do I return the 6055 to the store?

HP Recommended

I think AirPrint is needed, not HP Smart. You may need to use USB.

Usually we get asked why the older printer does not work with the newer MacOS, 

 

This software will run on your MacOS 10.  It will not run on 12 or later
