HP Deskjet 2700 All in one
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have bought a 2nd hand HP printer as my old one stopped working. I was enrolled on instant ink with my older printer and this still shows on my account. I try to connect this new (2nd hand) printer to instant ink (because it refuses to print without me enrolling) however when I try to enrol the HP2700 on my account it asks for a claim code. I have followed every step and guide possible and entered everything that looks like a code. I've tried the printer code on the web services page, I've tried the beginning of the printers email address. Nothing works. I get error codes saying "Code Invalid", or "Request failed with status code 500". Please can someone help????

Welcome to the HP support community.

If the 2nd hand printer you bought was enrolled in Instant Ink by the previous owner, that person should cancel the enrollment first for you to claim the printer.
