Product: HP OfficeJet 8015e All-in-One Printer

I have a message saying to finish setup and take advantage of HP+ get home software at 123.hp.com

 

The problem is that when I go to it it just tells me to open the app and to add the device and go from there but because I can't complete the setup I can connect the printer to the WiFi. Which means I can't add it to my HP account. Which then means I can't access it to put the update on it. And so I can't use the printer. 

 

How am I supposed to fix this? An Ethernet cable is not an option.

Hi @TexasVisiter202 

1. You may need to press "?" icon (question mark) on printer front panel.

2. And then you can continue to Network Setup option, where you have the option

to select "Wireless setup" and continue the setup process.

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.
