Hello everyone, 

 

My printer won’t connect to my wifi. I have to connect my phone with the printers setup network, but than I’m not able to find and connect to my home’s wifi.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Can you do a reset for the printer wifi and then try to connect again using HP Smart?

Also, select the Wifi network instead of the printer wifi setup.
