Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When the driver software is clicked on, the extraction works fine but nothing else happens.  Does not matter if in administrator mode.  Tried downloading and executing the software multiple times but driver will not load.  Printer is discoverable over the network.

Hi,
Click the Start button and type %temp% into the search bar, then open the shown Temp folder.

Open the latest HP installation folder which begins with 7z (e.g. 7zs1234)
Double click HpSetup.exe and the installation will launch.

thanks!  that worked....(PS the install package on Windows 7 works without the need to do this)
