The paper tray was removed and now I can’t get it back in. When inserted it hits the back of the  printer, meaning it’s in as far as it will go, but it sticks out the front by several inches. Aarrgghh! Hope someone can help.  The model is 8025e.

Most common cause of this issue is that you have inadvertently extended the tray for loading legal paper. Behind the face of the tray there should be a blue knob that you press and then push in the tray front to shrink it back down to letter size.
