I can’t get past this screen when setting this up on my app. There’s no button that seems to be able to press to finalise it. Please help

  • If your screen fonts are set to larger than normal, perhaps the buttons are scrolled off screen.
  • Check whether you can fit the content inside the screen edges.

If not and you cannot continue,

  • Try another device if you have one (different phone, a Mac, a Windows computer).

Instant Ink is NOT required to accept HP+.

These are two different contracts.

You can decline Instant Ink and still have HP+ if you want it.

You can decline both services.

Unless you have purchased one of the odd-bird "we" models, HP+ is normally optional.

 

The HP+ service adds a year of standard Warranty plus some nice print and scan features.

 

HP+ also ties you to HP genuine ink (not refills) and requires the printer be connected to the Internet for security and printer health monitoring.

 

I have it -- it's appropriate for my needs.

 

That said,

Yes, there should be a way to "continue" -- either by confirming or by declining the offer.

 

What is?

 

HP+ includes several extra features, including Print Anywhere and scanning and saving PDF in "Searchable PDF" format.

 

 

Be Aware ---

HP+ comes with requirements for the consumer (you).

This topic describes the requirements for HP+ printers.


Keep the printer connected to the Internet


HP+ printers are cloud-connected devices that must remain connected to the Internet in order to function. The
Internet connection enables the printer to deliver HP+ specific app features and firmware updates.


During setup, you must connect the printer to the Internet using a supported network connection. After setup,
you can print using a USB cable connection, if desired, but the printer must still be connected to the Internet.


Use Original HP cartridges


Original HP cartridges are cartridges manufactured and sold by HP in official HP packaging. If non-Original HP
supplies or refilled cartridges are installed, HP+ printers will not operate as expected.


Have an HP account


Create or sign into an HP account to manage your printer.
