Can't install of find drivers for my hp 4280 all in one

can't find driver for HP 4280 for by new laptop which has the following installed.   

Edition Windows 10 Education
Version 21H1
Installed on ‎2021-‎06-‎01
OS build 19043.1023
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.2020.0

Operating system not supported.   Weird thing was my old CPU which had Windows 10 I was able to download the driver.  W2000, XP, 7 only.

Is there another driver from a different CPU that would install and recognize this printer?  I realize it's an old one.

Are you having problem downloading or installing drivers for WIN10 ?

Yes Problems with Windows 10.  Can you send me a link to the driver in the image you just posted?  
The only driver it allows me to attempt to download is not compatible with W10

It's the same link I allready gave you, I don't have other links.

Sorry about that question.
Essentially that link that you originally sent me will NOT install on Windows 10.  AS I install it says W2000, W7, WXP etc.   
I'm trying to find a driver for the hp 4280 that will install in Windows 10.   
Is there a driver for a different printer that will work?

Try different browser, don't know why you can't access the same driver from HP.

If nothing will work let me know will download it for you and update to google disk.
