Product: HP DeskJet 2722 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I'm trying to install my printer an error message (EBS00P0004) appears. I have looked for help online. I've tried to unplug the power cord from the printer and the wall socket according to instruction. I've also done this:

 

Reset your printer to remove all previous printer settings and preferences.

  1. Open the cartridge access door.

  2. Press and hold the Power button ans wireless button for three seconds and waited additional 20 seconds for the printer to reset.

     

    It doesn't work. I have uninstalled and then installed the HP Smart app as well. Nothing works. I've tried to install the printer at least ten times but the error message appear at the end and the printer does not get installed. Please help!
