Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9022e All-in-One Printer

Trying to create a shortcut on the HP Smart App to scan to Dropbox. Unfortunately I am unable to sign into Dropbox via the app as it freezes or I get an error message. Anyone got a solution to this?
