Product: Officejet 7110
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I can't open the hp printer assistant. HP Officejet 7110

The printer is connected and can work, but I can't see the cartridge if they empty or less than, 

and I can't cleaning and everything at the hp printer assistant. 

I try to download the latest driver from hp support and doesn't fix the problem. 

I use Lenovo laptop core i5 with windows 11 latest update 

Help me please the solutions.
