HP Color LaserJet Pro M255dw

Issue: My HP Color LaserJet M255dw will not print the HP Web Services "Print Information Sheet." The printer is connected to HP ePrint / Web Services: I can print using the email address, can see supply levels in HP Smart, and Alexa can send some (but not all) print jobs to the printer. Printer is hard-wired (ethernet) to the home network.

What I've tried so far: I've reset the printer several times, removed and re-added it to HP Smart, etc. The printer is on the latest firmware. I've talked with HP support, but they could not get it to print the Information Sheet either (but I did learn the first part of the Web Services printer email address is the "claim code" for purposes of setting it up in HP Smart). To rule out the (wired) network, I've also wireless connected the printer to my phone and it still can't print the information sheet.

Why this matters: I suspect there's some issue between HP Web Services and the printer, and the Information Sheet won't print and Alexa can't print some other content nor do a smart reorder. So, I'm attempting to troubleshoot the inability to "Print Information Sheet" as a clue to getting Alexa smart-reorders to work.

Regarding the steps at https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_4152459-4016255-16, I did all of these steps earlier. Oddly enough, the printer will print the information page now. Nothing has changed from when I last tried this. Must have been an issue on HP's side.
