Hi,
I want to print with black only ink but, after upgrading my computer, I can not find the option on my new Mac mini M1 with macOS Big Sour 11.4 (20F71).
I do see an "Black and white" option but the printer is not using black ink only, but instead is doing grayscale and my prints are more green than black. I need black only ink.
I know my printer can print black only because I have another computer (MPB 2015) that has the option.
Is there another driver that I can use to get what I need?
This is what I need:

Hi @delmicio,
I'd like to help!
Try updating mac and printer firmware
To update the printer's firmware, refer - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
To update Mac, try these steps - How to update the software on your Mac
Uninstall HP Easy Start
- Click on the Spotlight icon and type HP Uninstaller or by opening HP Easy Start.
- Click on Continue to uninstall the software.
- When prompted for a password, type in your system password
- You can also uninstall by opening HP Easy Start.
Download HP Easy Start and install the printer.
- Download HP Easy Start and follow the on-screen to complete the installation.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi Jay, your reply did help me get there.
For anyone else reading this please keep in mind that HP Easy Start will tell you there is a better software and will attempt to redirect you to download HP Smart but this won't work.
If you clic on close when this prompts you will be able to continue without downloading and that will let you install the correct print software.
