For some time, I have been unable to print to the printer and I can't see why not. I ask for the test page - the test page prints. Another test page type thing draws cyan magenta yellow and black squares each with three levels of saturation. I therefore know the printer is working, and that it can receive commands to print test pages. When I try to print a document, or more urgently, my tickets for an event tomorrow night, the screen shows this request being processed, but that is the last word, it does not print anything. Whats going on here? How do I move forward with it?
