Can’t print from my Lenovo Ideapad S145 to my HP M125nw. I have no problem with print jobs from my iPhone.

I understand you are unable to print from your Lenovo IdeaPad S145.

 

Are you getting any error message?

Is your printer and IdeaPad connected to the same network?

 

While you respond, please try the suggestions below:

 

POWER RESET 

 

Let's do a power reset on your printer by following the steps below.

 

Press the Power button to turn on the printer.

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

Wait at least 15 seconds.

Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.

Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.

Note: Please connect the printer directly to a wall outlet.

If the printer does not turn on by itself, press the Power button to turn it on.

 

Print Scan Doctor

 

HP provides a free tool called HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and resolve printing and scanning problems. 

 

Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor from the link below to quickly and automatically perform several troubleshooting tasks known to resolve this issue. 

When this link is clicked, HP Print and Scan Doctor is downloaded using your Internet browser's download capabilities.
