Hi!  I have a new Macbook Pro running Monterey and am trying to print to my PSC 1210 printer, which I know is working fine as it prints from my linux computer.  My Macbook was able to find the printer and is sending the job, but the printer doesn't do anything (no sound or action).  We have contacted Apple and they suggested contacting HP.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions?

1. Please download and install  HP Printer drivers for MacOS from the next link:

https://updates.cdn-apple.com/2021/macos/071-46903-20211101-0BD2764A-901C-41BA-9573-C17B8FDC4D90/Hew...

 

2. Then go to Preferences > Printers then Add the printer, follow the steps from the next video:

* Click on YES button  to say thanks, 

* Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered.
