HP Officejet 4658
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Good morning. I recently upgraded my HP desktop to have Win10. I think I then mis-installed the software for my HP Officejet. I should have downloaded the HP app and gone from there but did something else. Now I cannot un-install the software (which I wanted to do before reinstalling as I'm not sure things won't conflict). If I go to the Win10 uninstall app I can see the software and select and choose 'uninstall' but I then get a message about anyone calling this needs to be a group administrator or something. However if i go to accounts I am listed as an administrator. I would like to clean the stable out before reinstalling but does this really matter? I want to clean out anything I don't need but I don't want to get bogged down if this keep being problematic. Thanks
