Hello how do i fesize pictures now ,update has changed and can not find setting... i need this for my job to be able to resize images. I have included to pictures of what is on the screen there is no where to resize pictures..thanks

The following might be naught but FYI -- there is every possibility that you are using something I don't recognize well enough to provide any useful help...
I found the printer model in one of the images you posted:
HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer series
I cannot tell what kind of app you are using or what kind of phone or mobile device you have.
The setup in your images does not appear to be anything I have used on an iPhone
Examples:
- HP Smart > Mobile for iOS or iPadOS
- Airprint
If Android and the phone OS is new enough, then you might be able to use HP Smart.
The path(s) to the Edit features might be slightly different from what I am currently using -- from what I remember, the Android version of HP Smart did have some version of Open app > find / open File > Print icon > Transform > Resize & Move > "Manual resize" option.

Android version of HP Smart might have updated the format since I last saw the app.
Example - HP Smart - Mobile - iOS / iPadOS - Photo / Image Print - Transform > Resize & Move
