Product: envy 7800
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

So I can scan and print from my MacBook Pro. But when I press Scan on the Printer and then press PC, I get an error message that software needs to be installed. I have installed as much software as I can find for my printer from the HP website. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I don't know if it matters but I am using Air Print to connect to my printer.

Ensure that the printer is up to date with its firmware and Mac is up to date with its software. If you are unsure you may use the links below to update the printer firmware and Mac software:
