I used to have a shortcut icon on my desktop screen to show prints in the queue, etc. But after I changed my connection and other printer/computer settings that shortcut no longer works. No hardware changes. Printer is HP 8710. Connection is wireless. Since obtaining my HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cs3xxx 64-based PC, I have never been able to set up a print queue. It used to be a VERY easy process, not a 5-step process to open the queue to see what is printing. Right-clicking on "What's printing" only opens the queue, but there is no obvious, or traditional manner of creating shortcuts.
