Hi @CharlieK7, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're facing issues with the double-sided printing settings on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e with macOS Sequoia 15.3. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
Check Printer Settings in the Print Dialog:
- Open the document you want to print.
- When you go to print, in the Print dialog, click on Show Details (if it's not already expanded).
- Look for a dropdown that might say Layout or Finishing. The double-sided (duplex) option should be available here. Make sure to set it to Off to print single-sided.
Update Printer Drivers:
- Ensure that you have the latest printer drivers installed for macOS. You can download them from the HP website.
- Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners, select your printer, and click Options & Supplies to check if there are any updates available.
Reset the Printing System:
- Sometimes, resetting the printing system can fix stubborn issues. To do this:
- Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
- Right-click (or Control-click) on the printer list and choose Reset Printing System.
- Re-add your printer and try printing again.
Use the HP Smart App:
- Download and install the HP Smart app (if you haven't already). It allows you to manage print settings more easily, and it might give you better control over duplex and single-sided printing.
Recheck the Paper Handling Settings:
- In Preview or other apps, when you click the print option, you may also see Paper Handling options. This section may allow you to select whether you want to print on both sides or not.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
