Product: HP Officejet 6500A Plus e-All-in-One Printer - E710n

settings>Apps uninstall fails to remove HP Support Solutions Framework from list of installed apps.

I’m trying to install the printer updates that fixes the problem caused by the latest Windows update.

I even tried the Revo product but it also fails.

Tried to run the update but it runs into a script error,

so I think I really need to remove the Framework.

How can I do that?

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

I understand you are facing an issue with your How to uninstall HP Support Solutions Framework. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

Control Panel > icon view > Programs and Features >

Scroll down, find, and Uninstall the HP Support Assistant

After the uninstall is completed, Restart the computer and log in
