Hi

 

i have a firmware in version CKP5CN1829AR and i can't update it.

I've got the sofware OJP8600_N911g-n_2011A

it says not applicable

even if i connect to usb it says not applicable.

Even if i find the device update and change in enterpriseDU.ini VerifyDownloadID=0

it says

failure to update, please swith off and on the printer and retry.

After doing this it doesn't succeed. How to have a contact with a hp ingenior to resolve this issue create by your change

For now i cannot use eprint and other connected stuff of my printer.
