Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone,

I have Deskjet 3820 and I know it's really old but I have to use it for a while. It's temporary but I have to.

I can't use it on Win 10. I've tried but couldn't find anyway to use it.

1) HPPSdr didn't work.

2) XP driver didn't work

3) 970c driver didn't work

4) Windows manual adding didn't work. Because there is not 3820 or 970c on printer list.

Any idea?

Thank you for joining the HP Support Community.

Appreciate all your time and efforts.

I did a double check on the printer, HP Deskjet 3820 does not have a driver for Windows10.

However, try installing the printer using the Windows Built-in Print Driver.

Hope this helps you out, keep me posted!
