Product: DeskJet 3630

When idle I cannot wake it up when it goes to sleep without cycling the power. Buttons are none functional.

@Clifford7, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:

  • Are the buttons on the printer non-functional when the printer is idle?
  • Are you able to print to the printer from the computer or mobile device?
  • If a computer, what is the Operating System installed?
  • Is there any error message when you try to print or scan?
