Filled the tanks but can’t insert the printer heads because the holder is out of position. With my previous printer you could force the holder to move

Hi @Catosczak 

1. Please check that the cardboard inside printer was removed.

2.  Then restart your printer and after restart simply Open Access Door

3.  Printhead should be located in central position to enter the printheads and simply press Blue button in Printhead carriage.
