@34PatPrint,Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

To clear the "Pairing Code Expired" message on your HP Envy 6555e All-in-One Printer, you can try the following steps:

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer by pressing the power button.
  • Wait for a few seconds, and then turn the printer back on.

Generate a New Pairing Code:

  • Make sure your printer is connected to the internet.
  • You can generate a new pairing code via the HP Easy Start software or the printer's control panel if the pairing code needs to be renewed.
  • Check the instructions provided by HP for generating a new code.

Reset Network Settings:

  • Navigate to the settings on the printer control panel.
  • Go to Network Settings and choose the option to Restore Network Settings. This might help clear any network-related settings and refresh the connectivity.

Use the HP App:

  • Open the HP app on your phone or computer.
  • Try to reconnect and check if the printer displays a new pairing code.

Ensure Proper Internet Connection:

  • Double-check that your printer is properly connected to your Wi-Fi network.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
