Hi @Rafaelbr91

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I understand you are facing connectivity issue with your printer.

Since your HP Ink Tank Wireless 416 printer shows a solid blue Wi-Fi light, it means it's already connected to your network—but your PC isn’t detecting it during installation. Let’s fix that.

Step-by-Step Fix

1. Download the Full Driver Package

Go to HP’s official support page and download the full software suite: HP Ink Tank Wireless 416 Drivers & Software

  • Choose your operating system (Windows 11)
  • Download the Full Feature Software and Drivers
  • Run the installer and select Wireless Setup

2. Ensure Printer and PC Are on the Same Network

  • Your PC must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the printer
  • Avoid using guest networks or VPNs during setup

3. Use HP Smart App (Alternative Method)

  • Download HP Smart from the Microsoft Store
  • Open the app and click “Add Printer”
  • If the printer is on the network, it should appear automatically

4. Reset Printer Network Settings (If Needed)

If the printer still doesn’t show up:

  • Press and hold the Wireless button and Cancel button on the printer for 5 seconds
  • This resets the network settings
  • Reconnect using the Wireless Setup Wizard on the printer

Let me know if you’d like help walking through the setup —I can guide you step-by-step. You’re almost there!
