It appears no matter where I try and enter this serial number for the OfficeJet Pro 9125e I purchased it wont be recognized. I have tried registering the product, adding the product to my account, looking up the warranty, etc... I'm looking to see if anyone has dealt with this issue before and has an answer to finding out how to register and view the warranty for something facing this issue. Product number 403X0A or 403X0A#B1H

1. Please go to the next HP Registration page:
2. Simply enter Product number 403X0A
and click Search button and the printer name appears below
3. And then click the Printer Name
- >> HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e All-in-One Printer
4. Then fill the form with required data and finally click SEND button at the bottom of the page.
* Click YES to say thank you,
* Click Accepted Solution when question is answered.

Thanks for the reply, but yes I’ve tried that. The send button literally will not do anything once I’ve filled everything out. It will not allow me to send it. Like mentioned in the first post, it’s as though the serial number does not match in the system and won’t recognize it to be registered.
