Hello,

 

I bought a new HP 3755 and I'm trying to remove my old HP 3755 from my HP Smart Account on the web.

The printer is showing as "Disconnected from the internet" under my Printers tab at https://www.hpsmart.com/us/en/ucde/my-printers

 

When I click on the link beneath the offline printer that says, "Manage Printer Settings," the site opens a new tab that only shows my current printer at https://www.hpsmart.com/us/en/myprinter/myprintername

 

But again, it's still showing on the first tab. I'm trying to personalize my new printer's email address with my name, but HP won't let me because it says that printer email address is already in use (presumably from my old printer). That's why I'm trying to remove it..

 

Any tips on how to fully remove my old printer from my account and/or personalize the printer's email address with a previously used email??
