Product: HP ENVY Photo 7858 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have downloaded the latest recommended HP7800 update to get the newest Firmware. When I try to install it says "Not Applicable". Has anyone been able to install this update?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the "Cannot install update" issue. 

 

Did you try updating the printer firmware using a USB cable?

Have you installed the full-featured software o your computer?

 

The firmware was released on July 11th, 2019, you can check the firmware version to be sure.

You can find it on the Printer status report.

 

To print the report-

 

1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, touch ( Setup ).

2. Touch Reports.

3. Select a printer report to print
