Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The 1910A firmware is compatible for my printer, as it is listed on your website specifically for my printer model 8610.

The issue is that the checkbox cannot be selected in the user interface after choosing my printer in the firmware installation software, (the printer selected become highlighted in blue) and the update button at the bottom right is not highlighted.

This is all I could find on downgrading firmware on your printer.  I found it by asking Microsoft's Copilot how to downgrade the 8610
