The print apps on the printer will not update. I saw in a previous forum that they have to be activated on the HP CONNECTED website. When I try to connect to that website, it goes straight to HP Smart web site and has nothing to do with print forms.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Are you using HP smart app?
  • When was the last time it worked fine?
  • Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
