ENVY 5660
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi HP Support Community,

I have a problem to install ENVY 5660 e-All-in-One Printer Series Full Feature Software and Drivers. I can download the software and move forward the installation based on the instruction windows. But I cannot finish the last process of activation. I attach a screen shot of the error message here. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1iq6rTDZPuuQh9blqmtAFKGThjfcOMoeS/view?usp=sharing

I tried a few times but nothing changed. It says to check my network connection, but my internet connection is actually okay. Just printing on this machine is working and I could set up the software on another HP machine, dragonfly where printing and scan are perfectly working. I wonder if this is only the case with lenovo machine. Here is my system information.   I appreciate your help on this.

System SKU: LENOVO_MT_81Q9_BU_idea_FM_Yoga C940-14IIL

OS: Windows 10 Home, Version 10.0.19041 Build 19041

Hi @noboruk,

I'd like to help!

 Let's try and uninstall the printer software from the root level on your PC and install the full feature printer software.

--->In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.

--->Select your HP printer.

--->Select Uninstall.

--->In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.

--->In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”

--->Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.

--->Type printui.exe /s and click OK.

--->Click on the Drivers tab.

--->Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click remove at the bottom.

--->Select OK.

--->Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.

--->Close Devices and Printers.

And then reinstall the printer full-featured drivers fromsoftware and drivers page

if the issue persst, try the steps in the document -Troubleshoot a Wi-Fi Printer Connection

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
