HP DeskJet 2742e All-in-One Printer

I have changed schools and cannot connect my HP Deskjet 2742e to my school wi-fi.  I had this same printer connected to my school wi-fi at my old school as a HP rep walked me through it.  Now with my new school I go to ADD PRINTER and The printer is recognized when i begin the process and then I select it.   I have the wi-fi password and get to the point where I enter the password for the school wi-fi.  After I enter the school wi-fi password then it goes through the process of CONNED TO WI-FI.  It tells me to push the information button on the printer and then proceeds to get to the final step of FINISHING CONNECTIONS and then a window pops up and says "Unable to reach printer over Wi-Fi".  It then says, "If you are on a guest network or network you don't own, then restart Wi-Fi beaconing on the printer.  No luck - Any help would be great!

Hi @BrettV11

You must set the printer back to default values and follow these steps and when finished reinstall or open HP Smart and connect as a new printer.
