I understand you're having trouble connecting your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M126nw printer to Wi-Fi and printing from your mobile and laptop. Let's walk through the steps to get everything working smoothly.

Option 1: Using HP Smart App (Recommended)

Download HP Smart: HP Smart
 

Reset the Printer’s Network Settings:

  • On the printer control panel, press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons together for 5 seconds until the wireless light blinks. This resets the network settings.

Connect via HP Smart:

  • Open HP Smart and click Set up a new printer.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.

Option 2: Manual Wireless Setup (Without HP Smart)

  1. Connect your printer temporarily to your PC via USB.
  2. Download and install the full feature software from the HP M126nw Drivers Page. Official HP® Support
  3. During installation, choose Wireless Setup and follow the prompts to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi.

Print from Mobile

Once the printer is connected to Wi-Fi:

  • Android: Use the HP Smart app or Print via Wi-Fi Direct.
  • iPhone/iPad: Use AirPrint or the HP Smart app.

Print from Laptop

  • Ensure your laptop is on the same Wi-Fi network as the printer.
  • Add the printer via Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners > Add a printer.
  • If not detected, install the driver from the HP M126nw Drivers Page. Official HP® Support
