I cannot connect PC to Smart tank Plus 555, it scans put does not find the printer

Ensure Proper Connection:

  • Make sure your printer is turned on and properly connected to your computer via USB cable or network connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet).

Check Network Connection (if applicable):

  • If you're using a network connection, make sure your printer and computer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Verify that the Wi-Fi connection on your printer is active and working properly.

Install Printer Drivers:

  • Ensure that you have installed the correct printer drivers on your PC. You can usually find the necessary drivers on the HP website.
  • Uninstall any previously installed printer drivers that might be conflicting with the current installation, then reinstall the correct drivers.

Restart Devices:
