I have been trying and trying to reconnect my printer wireless or with cable, will not work either way. Got new internet service and the printer wont work unless on network. There is no software to update anything other than the hp easy start and that does nothing. I never had issues before when I had the other internet service. I've goe thru every video troubleshooting issue there is and still nothing. Can someone please help me out or tell me where I get the software to install. Its not supported anymore so the information I use to be able to get to download drivers is no longer there. I don't know what else to do but buy  a new printer, which I hate to do because this has worked just fine till now..

Thanks

Thank you for posting on HP Forums. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.

In order to connect the HP LaserJet Pro CP1525nw Color Printer to a wireless network, we either have to use WPS(Wireless protected setup) or the USB setup to wireless. WPS setup would be the easiest way to connect the printer to a wireless network. However, the wireless router should support WPS.

Could you check and let me know if your WiFi router has a WPS button on it.
