I'm having challenges connecting to HP Envy 4520 series thru a wireless connection. It was working with no issue, but then just my HP laptop failed to recognize it, of late. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps and no luck. Turned power off/on on printer, rebooted my laptop, removed/added printer to Print Mgmt functions, rebooted my router, etc. I just connected to the printer with a USB cable and miraculously, no issues. I even connected to the printer via WiFi direct and it connected with no issues. However; I went back to Print Mgmt and it says the Driver is unavailable. I did diagnostics on it when connected to the USB cable and it validated that the printer drivers are the most recent. Anytime, I try to print a document from MS products or anywhere, the printer does not display or I get an error in printing. Another however; I've had an email address for the printer for several years now and it prints perfectly when I email it a print job.
Any suggestions? I appreciate your help.
Thank you!
