Hi @erwsa

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

To access the EWS page of the printer, you will have to obtain the printer's IP address and enter this on a web browser.

What is the error that you get?

Kindly send an image of the same in your next post to assist you better.

  • On the printer's control panel, press the Wireless button  and the Information button  at the same time.
  • Both a Wireless Network Test Report and a Network Configuration Page print.
  • Type this IP address in the top address bar of the browser (Google Chrome) and hit enter.
  • If you get any security notification, click on show details/advanced and 'proceed to this website'.

If you are not able to access the EWS page, it means the printer is not connected to the same network as the PC.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
