Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Printer is connected to the internet, however it says it cannot connect to the server. Have had this problem in past, but usually have resolved in a few hours. I have restarted modem, printer, and computer numerous times. Have reset to factory settings numerous times. Have printed network settings and tried accessing EWS, however the IP 192.168.1.225 times out every time. HP Smart shows the printer listed and connected to internet. Half of computers (all on same network) can print, along with cell phones and ipad, however, the two most important computers cannot print and have not for several days. Assume issues are connected, but may not be.
