Irwin6,

My account has shown the HP Officejet Pro 8610 to be there since I purchased in over 10 years ago. I tried off and on for years to remove it without success. I've even had HP on-line support fail to delete it and tell me to ignore that it was there. I gave up 2-3 years ago until I check earlier this week and decided to as the question. I just read your answer and followed the video only to find that the printer was no longer there.  I have no idea what happened but thank you for the reply.
