Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

Cannot download HP Smart App software onto my Dell All-In-One CPU because it cannot find my HP ENVY Photo 7855 printer.  My printer is connected directly into my CPU.  I've tried repeatedly with no success.  Can anyone assist as I need to scan documents.
