I've tried 5G 2G wireless and USB connections. All other internet connections are fine.

The HP app available is only for a much higher OS than I have.

Where can I get older  drivers?

HP Envy 5540 All-in-One printer/scanner

Neither Easy Admin or Easy Start apps work.

Easy Admin let me download Essential Software, I installed it.

But I get network warning when I try to get Easy Scan.

It tells me I need HP Easy Scan Version 1.10.0.13 for OSX 10.14
