HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

But I CAN duplex print on my PC upstairs, also Win 10.  I can't find any solutions on the net so far. 

 

Looking at Settings>Devices> I see the options for Fax, Microsoft Print to PDF, Micrsoft XPS Document Writer, PDF Complete, PDF Creator and Send to OneNote.  But no 8600 Plus.  When I go to load the 8600 Plus driver, my PC tells me I already have the most recent driver.  Any thoughts?

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

Would suggest the following : Please Uninstall and Reinstall the FULL feature software following these steps:

1. Uninstall the software in your computer
2. Download and save the FULL feature software (do not install it online)

 

The following resource will help you :

HP Printer Install Wizard for Windows
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL50403/mp-150580-2/hppiw.exe


3. Install the FULL feature “Saved” software

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
